9. The register of brokers acting for an agency must contain a complete updated list of the names and licence numbers of the brokers through whom the agency engages in brokerage transactions described in section 3.1 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (chapter C-73.2) and must indicate whether the brokers carry on activities within a business corporation, in accordance with Division IV of Chapter II of the Act and Division VI.1 of Chapter I of the Regulation respecting brokerage requirements, professional conduct of brokers and advertising (chapter C-73.2, r. 1).
